The Virginia Federation of Republican Women extends an invitation to all women who believe in respect for the Constitution with a special reverence for the Bill of Rights-particularly  the First Amendment, the rule of Law, family values, limited government, and personal responsibility.  We are a diverse group; from students to Grandmothers, Stay-at-home Moms and Home schoolers to Doctors, Lawyers, and small business owners; from corporate execs to Farmers, we have a microcosm of America in our membership including diverse political opinions on the right side of the spectrum.  The one thing we all share is the knowledge that to be successful in making a positive difference in our communities Cooperation, Compromise and Unity are essential in the end.

Spread across the Commonwealth our near 2,000 members in 62 clubs are active in every Congressional District.  The membership is not just active, but fully involved and often is the political institutional memory as well as being the most experienced and knowledgeable in their area.  The club members know politics and how it works, but they are also involved in their communities.  Every club has a special Community Project: Many are military related, especially in those areas with large military populations, but many deal with centers for abused spouses and children as well. It is this combination of political activity and community involvement that makes the organization so successful and relevant to the larger cause of good, responsible, and sound government.

Our members logged in well over 167,000 political volunteer hours in 2017 in addition to their community activities. Also in 2017 the VFRW supported 22 member candidates, running for the state legislature or local offices. Many were first time candidates. The VFRW currently has over 25 members in elective office.State of Virginia
